Bella Vista Church Staff Covenant
  Revised February 22, 2005

We covenant together with the help of God to cultivate relationships that lead us to freedom of expression, openness to diversity of thought, relational integrity, and clarity of understanding the mind and heart of each team member. As sinners saved by grace we agree to relate to each other through the power of Christ and thus hold ourselves and each other to:

1.  Value scheduled Ministry staff meetings as a priority.

6.  Take risks in offering prayer, feedback, and assistance.

7.  Deal with real problems to the point of resolution.

8.  Resolve conflict and forgive ourselves and others using the principles of Matthew 18:15-19.

9.  Value the goals and interests of the church as priority.
